Finance Staff (FS)
Responsibilities:
- Maintain MIS & reporting, contribute strategic planning & business management, execute analysis (technical & financial), prepare reports, monitor the flow of production and communicate with regional finance/ group office
- Data mining and query handling, also to acquire further knowledge/ experience
- Ensure a consistent approach to operational risk across the different business areas within the organization.
- Business partner for Compliance, providing comprehensive support, from Compliance risk assessment, analysis of implementation and monitoring
- Minimum education: University Degree in Computerized Accounting.
- Fresh Graduate or 1 years experience in insurance industry especially in JV company.
- Good understanding and practical knowledge of insurance business operation
- Knowledge in finance area of an insurance company or audit is a must.
- Experienced PC-user and all MS Office (Ms Word and above average in Ms. Excel & Ms Power Point knowledge
- Fluent in speaking and writing in English
Responsibilities:
- Communication gateway between IT and users
- Maintain communication with the business
- Understand business needs and translate into a solution
- Assist business for any request regarding IT solution
- Ensuring business to provide proper documentation during the request
- Maintaining IT vendor that partnering in delivering IT solution
- Responsible for any IT project timeline
- Coordinating IT projects from start to end may include network and infrastructure area
- Minimum education : University Degree, with Information System
- Having a General Insurance experience is an advantage for min 5 years
- Must be able to speak, write and read in English
- Must at least having a programming experience of at least 3 years
Responsibilities:
- Provide in-house legal, regulatory and governance advice to enable the business to achieve strategic and commercial goals consistent with applicable laws and regulations, to protect and preserve Zurich's assets and to identify, manage and mitigate legal, regulatory and reputation risks.
- Promote a culture of ethical behaviour, provide assurance to management that compliance risks of the business are appropriately identified and managed through regular tracking and reporting, and ensure adherence to laws, regulations and internal policies to protect and built Zurich’s reputation
- Bachelor degree, Majoring in Law.
- Minimum 5 years experience at the same position
- Experience in General Insurance would be preferable.
- A thorough knowledge of insurance related laws and legislation, and best practices in Indonesia;
- Proactive, solution-oriented and resourceful with the ability to multi-task and work under tight schedules
- Strong people management, problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills in English, both written and oral.
