PT Artajasa Pembayaran Elektronis (Artajasa) is one of Indonesia's leading companies engaged in electronic transaction services. One of the main service of Artajasa is well known, ATM Bersama. Other services is Online Payment Services, Application Service Provider, Mobile Banking Provider and the Bank Delivery Channel Services.
Before Artajasa established, PT Aplikanusa Lintasarta (LINTASARTA), a holding company had already established itself as a valuable partner to Indonesia's banking industry. After launching an electronic bank reporting service in 1988, the company created a milestone in the industry, in year 1990, with the launch of ATM Bersama. In 1993, LINTASARTA developed the Pusat Informasi Pasar Uang (PIPU) of Bank Indonesia. This success was followed fours later with an online payment system for telecommunications companies, and followed with LINK, the shared ATM network of Himpunan Bank Negara (HIMBARA). On February 10, 2000, Artajasa established and become part of the development efforts initiated earlier LINTASARTA. In 2002, Artajasa make a breakthrough and shows its first success by becoming the first non-bank clearing institution for retail transactions in Indonesia by becoming a member of the BI-RTGS system. Other Artajasa Achievement in 2004 by developing inter-bank transfer service in real time on-line through the ATM. Currently ATM Bersama network continues to grow and develop with extensive ATM terminal and spread to all over Indonesia and the confidence of many banks as members, making Artajasa as the market leader. - Preferred male
- Bachelor (S1) or Master (S2) Degree from Psychology or Management
- Experienced in HR min 2 years
- Preferred has experience working on consoultant
- Understanding the Competency Assessment & People Development
- Knowing the Job Evaluation (preferably know the method of Mercer, Hay, Watson-Wyatt, etc.)
- Fluent in English
