As new Islamic Banking in Indonesia (Spin Off from BNI on June 19, 2010), HR BNI Syariah try to give the best performance and service to its stake holdernya. With the number of 27 branches and 31 branch offices and 15 division at Head Office, BNI Syariah managed with a total staff of 749 persons as of June 2010, and currently had grown to 880 employees who will continue to grow in accordancewith its business development BNI Syariah.
To improve the competence and encourage employee performance, in addition to employee training provided was also given the opportunity to perform On-the-jobtraining provides opportunities for more comprehensive development. Demographic composition of employees of BNI Syariah currently 95% are young workers and very productive.
For harmony in the mental-spiritual development, we routinely perform weekly spiritual performed spray in each unit of both Head Office and Branch Office. Besides the routine of morning briefings are also done before the work which ended with a prayer together.One thing that will continue to be maintained is the activity of Prayer in congregation in performing shalat fardhu time working time or outside work time. This will continue as we develop our spirit in work and worship of the implementation of Amanah and Jamaat as a work culture BNI Syariah.

Accounts Officer / Credit Analyst
Requirements:
- Male / female, age max. 26 years
- Education min. S1, IPK min. 3.00 ( preferred Economic)
- Experienced min. 1 year or they will be in a position to understand and understanding credit process
- Computer literate min. Ms Office
- Creative and tenacious
