BCA Development Program (BDP)
Bank Development Program (BDP) BCA is a result of the transformation program Management Development Program (MDP) BCA, the program is aimed at the S1 and S2 graduates who have high work motivation, creative and dynamic to be a professional with integrity in the banking sector.
Requirements:
- Bachelor/Master Degree from reputable university
- GPA minimum 3.00 (scale 4:00) for Bachelor, and at least 3:25 (4:00 scale) for Magister
- Maximum Age up to 25 years (for S1) and 27 years (for S2)
- Systematic communication
- Analysis of high power
- High Motivation
- Not married and not willing to marry during the education
- Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
- Willing to undergo after the bond department (ikatan dinas) after the education
- Drug free
- Passed in the selection
