BCA Development Program (BDP)

BCA Development Program (BDP)  is a result of the transformation program Management Development Program (MDP) BCA, the program is aimed at the S1 and S2 graduates who have high work motivation, creative and dynamic to be a professional with integrity in the banking sector.

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Master Degree from reputable university
• GPA minimum 3.00 (scale 4:00) for Bachelor, and at least 3:25 (4:00 scale) for Magister
• Maximum Age 25 years old (for S1) and 27 years old (for S2)
• Systematic communication
• High analysis and high motivation
• Not married and not willing to marry during the education
• Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia and willing to undergo the bond department (ikatan dinas) after the education
• Drug free
• Passed in the selection

Selection will held in

1. Manado and Makasar (BDP Sulawesi )
2. Balikpapan, Samarinda dan Banjarmasin (BDP Kalimantan)
