PT Bussan Auto Finance (BAF) is Indonesia finance company that is currently concentrating on a Yamaha motorcycle financing. BAF was founded in 1997. With a paid up capital of Rp 275 Billion (increased from Rp 25 billion in January 2006), the composition of shareholders is: Mitsui & Co Ltd (75%), PT Mitsui Indonesia (15%), Yamaha Motor Co Ltd 7%. PT Yamaha Motor Kencana Indonesia (3%).
BAF currently has 173 branch offices and more 142 POS (point of service) throughout Indonesia, with more than 12.000 people. The total number of consumers who have and are being financed by the BAF has reached more than 4 million people. During 2009, the BAF fund more than 714 thousand units of new motor vehicles. The total assets of more than 10 trillion rupiah.
In 2006-2008, BAF awarded as the best finance company by Investor magazine. In 2010 BAF get rated AA-by PEFINDO and won the "Top Brand Award" for 2008 and 2010 for the category of two-wheeled motor vehicle financing company from Frontier. In 2009, BAF also awarded as a finance company with "Very Good" performance for 5 years from Infobank magazine.

Customer Relationship Management Staff (CRM Staff)
Requirements :
- Male with max. 28 years of age
- Min. Bachelor Degree from reputable University, preferably from any discipline, majoring in communication and public relation
- CRM Staff will be placed at branch (Bekasi 1, Bekasi 2, Bogor, Cikarang, Depok)
- Having deep understanding of service excellent
- Proven track-record to handling customer
- Nice and good looking person, Fast learner, eager to learn, good communication skill and good analytical thinking
- Hard worker, able to work under pressure, thorough, honest, detail oriented, and willing to learn
Marketing Development Staff (MKTD Staff)

Marketing Development Supervisor (MKTD Spv)

- Male with max. 30 years of age
- Min. Bachelor Degree from reputable University, preferably from any discipline, majoring in communication and public relation
- Marketing Development Supervisor will be placed at Headquarter, Jakarta
- Having deep understanding of service excellent
- Proven track-record to handling customer
- Having deep understanding of customer relationship management
- Nice and good looking person, Fast learner, eager to learn, good communication skill and good analytical thinking
- Hard worker, able to work under pressure, thorough, honest, detail oriented, and willing to learn
