Packaging Specialist
This position will report to Senior packaging Development Manager. The incumbent is accountable to :
- Managing activities of research and development of new packaging innovation and new technology and improvement of the existing packaging to support the development of company business
- Application of new developed packaging that has been successfully tested at plant scale in order to improve the quality of the packaging and the performance of the business
- Managing packaging productivity and control of standard to support business performance
- University degree in engineering
- Having 5 years experience as R&D Manager / QA Manager or Manufacture Manager
- Strong knowledge of packaging material process & technology; Food Safety, Halal and Quality System
- Strong knowledge of packaging application technology at beverage company
- Excellent skills in analytical and probelm solving; communication and presentation skills ; and project management
- Good command in English verbal & written
Account Payable Manager
This position reports to Treasury Department Head and will be responsible for managing account payable activities in accordance with the prevailing policies and procedures.
For AP Manager position, the key roles are:
- To manage verification and record of transactions for all suppliers invoices and direct expenses
- To ensure sound internal control implemented in all processes
- To manage queries from internal and external parties related to payment
- To contribute in cash flow management process
- To develop people in his/ her team
- To ensure continuous improvement in all aspects related to AP.
- University graduate in Accounting from reputable University with minimum GPA 3.00
- Having minimum 3 years experience in accounting field as a supervisor or manager, preferably from Fast Moving Consumer Goods or Retail business
- Strong knowledge on internal control and tax, good analytical skills, accurate, quick and attentive when dealing with administrative works
- High integrity, self motivated and good interpersonal skills
- Excellent English (spoken & written)
- Computer literate (MS Office & SAP)
This position reports to Treasury Department Head and will be responsible for managing treasury activities in accordance with the prevailing policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- University graduate in Accounting from reputable University with minimum GPA 3.00
- Having minimum 1-3 years experience in treasury field as a supervisor, preferably from Fast Moving Consumer Goods or Distribution industry
- Strong knowledge on Internal Control, good analytical skills, accurate, quick and attentive when dealing with administrative works
- High integrity, self motivated and good interpersonal skills
- Excellent English (spoken & written) and computer literate (MS Office & SAP)
The incumbent is responsible to :
- Responsible for all aspect of development and implementation of assigned project provides a single point of contact of those project.
- Planning, coordinating, and implementing projects.
- Ensure projects are deliver on time, within budget, adhere to define quality standards. and meet agreed user specifications and expectations.
- Liaise between relevant parties in order to ensure that project objectives are effectively and efficiently delivered.
- University degree in Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering/ Electronic Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years experience as Project Manager in the same field.
- Good command in English both Verbal & Written.
- Master in Microsoft Project.
- Willing to be placed in Sumatera area.
