Branch Manager (BM)
Responsible for managing overall sales, service, credit and collection process from strategy planning to operational execution by implementing excellent risk management and costumer services to achieve the branch target. The ideal candidates should be competent in managing resources and planning business strategy and vision.
Service Head (SEH)
Responsible for overall branch service standard implementation, managing assets and financial matters, administration, employee relations and branch infrastructure. Service mindset and can-do attitude are required in inspiring team performance.
Collection Head (COH)
Responsible for managing collection function in the branch in accordance with company policies and procedures to minimize bad debts and optimizing the overall assets management.
National Operation & Development Support Analyst (NOD)
Responsible for monitoring work flow of sales, credit, service and collection function in Operation Division to make sure that the functions run in accordance with the company's policies and procedures. Your daily activities will consist of designing, recomending, implementing and monitoring the improvement and enhancement of the functions in operation. The incumbent should have 3 years minimum experience in finance industry and Good Project Management Knowledge
Credit Risk Analyst (CRA)
Responsible for analyzing, designing and implementing risk management policies and procedures to support credit and operational activities, especially in credit application policies area. The incumbent should have 2 years minimum experience in the function. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
