ODP - SMEC (Officer Development Program for Small Medium Enterprise & Commercial) is a program that offers accelerated career, who have the potential and ambition. Following intensive training and development program for 4 months, you will then be assigned as Assistant Manager in SME & Commercial units, which exist in the network of regional branches of Bank BII in Kalimantan, Sulawesi and Indonesia Bagian Timur to later be developed into future leaders in Bank BII .

Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor (S1) graduates from all majors with GPA Min. 2,75
- Maximum age 26 years old for S1 graduates and 29 years old for Master graduates
- Target-oriented
- Good interpersonal skills, communication, and negotiation
- Domiciled in Kalimantan, Sulawesi and Indonesia Bagian Timur

Requirements:
- Having experience working in banking for 1-3 years, especially in product development for midwives funding products (manufacture of acquisition programs)
