- GPA min 3.00
- Willing to take part in education in Jakarta and Willing to be placed in all branches after the completion of the program
- TOEFL min 450
- Willing to follow a bond for 5 years

- Good looking and good communication skills
- Has a wide networking

- Education min D3 from related field
- Have experience as Juru Taksir min 3 years
- Has the concept of assessment procedures for the gold
- Have Managerial Ability to organize section Pawn
- Have the ability to provide a training
