Mobil Cepu Ltd. (MCL), Ampolex (Cepu) PTE. LTD., PT Pertamina EP Cepu and four local government companies, namely PT Sarana Patra Hulu Cepu (Central Java), PT Asri Dharma Sejahtera (Bojonegoro), PT Blora Patragas Hulu (Blora) and PT Petro Gas Jatim Utama Cendana (East Java), have jointly taken part as the Contractor under the Cepu Cooperation Contract which will run until 2035. ExxonMobil holds 45 percent of the total Participating Interest in the Cepu Block.

Floating Storage & Offloading (FSO) Positions :
- Mooring Master (MM)
- Assistan Mooring Master (AMM)
- Deck Operations Supervisor (DOS)
- Lead Cargo Control Room Operator (LCCRO)
- Cargo Control Room Operator (CCRO)
- Plant Operation COntrol Room Operator (LECRO)
- Engine Control Room Operator (ECRO)
- Manitenance Supervisor (MS)
- Instrument & Electrical Lead (IEL)
- Proof of valid STCW cerificate of company and large crude oil tanker sea time will be required
- Advance level in spoken and writting English language. Ability to prepare written reports in English is preferable
- Some knowledge of oil field operations would be beneficial
- Relevant crude oil tanker experience is preferable
- A high level of computer skills is essential
- Good communication (upward and downward) and teamwork skills are essential
- Demonstrated backgroud in behavioral based safety
- Willingness to stay at the training facilities for a 1-2 years training program, and/or company's field site in Indonesia or overseas for 1 - 2 years

- Shift Supervisor (SS)
- Polytechnic diploma or D3 certificate with a 3.0 GPA (preferred) or high school certificate (IPA / SMK technical) for position : ES, MRS, ICS, MS
- High school or vocational (SMK technial) school certificate preferably enhanced by related technical school course for position CRO, LO, SS
- Fluentcy in spoken and writting English language. Ability to prepare written reports in English is essential
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Good communication (upward and downward) and interpersonal amd teamwork skills are essential - understands M&R KPI's and their significance
- Demonstrated leadership sbilities in safety excellence (e.g behavioral based safety, etc)
- Ability and willingness to actively mentor technocoams (technical skills and safety)
- Sensivity and respect for local culture and customs and values a diverse work force and community environtment
