PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. ("Indocement") is part of German based HeidelbergCement Group. Indocement is one of Indonesia's major producers of quality cement and specialty cement products marketed under the brand name "Tiga Roda". Indocement was established in 1985 and has integrated cement operations with a total annual designed production capacity of 18.6 million tons of cement.

Indocement maintains 3 factories, which together host 12 plants. Citeureup Factory in Bogor, West Java, which operates 9 of these plants is one of the world’s largest cement factories. The other 2 factories are located in Palimanan, Cirebon, West Java, with 2 plants; and in Tarjun, Kotabaru, South Kalimantan, with a single plant. In 2010, Indocement added an additional 1.5 million tons per year capacity to its factory in Palimanan to bring the Company’s total installed design capacity to 18.6 million tons of cement per year. Indocement’s shares are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. As of 30 December 2010, the Company had a market capitalization of IDR58,716 billion. Indocement and its subsidiaries employed 5,982 personnel as of year-end 2010.

Requirements:

• Maximum age 26 years old (as of October 31, 2011)
• Min Bachelor degree (S-1) graduation year: 2009, 2010 and 2011 with GPA min 2.75 majoring in:

• Machinery (Construction - TMK, Engineering - TME)
• Electrical (Power Lines - TEA, Instruments - TEI)
• Chemistry (Chemical Engineering - TK)
• Civil (Engineering - TSE)
• Industri (Mechanical Industry - IT)
• Economics (Accounting - AK, Management - MN, Marketing - PM)
• Law - HK
• Communication - Kom

• Not Color Blind
• Height min. 160 Cm (For the department code TMK, TME, TEA, TEI, TK, & TSE)
• Active in English (Oral and Writing)
• Pass the selection tests series held by PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk
