PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) - PTPN 3, is one of 14 State Owned Enterprises (SOEs) Plantation which is engaged in the plantation, processing and marketing activities of plantation products. PTPN 3 domiciled in Medan, North Sumatra. The company owns 11 oil palm mills with the processing capacity of 510 tons of fresh fruit bunch per hour and 8 rubber factories with the processing capacity of 200 tons of dry rubber per day. Its main commodities are Crude Palm Oil (CPO), Palm Kernel and rubber. The company main activities cover cultivating and processing of oil palm and rubber.

PTPN 3 makes oil and palm kernel as the main commodity contributing to the revenue of the company. Quality products of palm oil and palm kernel which produced by PTPN 3 are well known in local and international markets with timely supply to the buyer. PTPN 3 also products high quality rubber through more than 54.000 hectares of plantaions attempted to produce the best quality rubber in the world.

General Requirements:

• WNI, not married, born after the date of October 1, 1983
• Minima 2.75 GPA (PTN) and 3.00 (PTS)
• Due to the nature of work performed, it takes a man for all code positions
• Able to operate computer (MS Office program)
• Willing to be placed around the working area of ​​the company
• Never been convicted of committing a crime
• Never be dismissed with no respect of institutions / legal entity of government / private
