PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) - PNM is Indonesian state owned enterprise engaged in financial business. Innovation and expansion in services had been the spirit of PT PNM (Persero) in running the business in 2010. The Company was successful to gain Rp479.53 billion operating revenues, rising from 2009 position at Rp291.85 billion. The financial achievement was primarily contributed by revenues of ULaMM unit and investment activities amounting to Rp314.06 billion and Rp72.63 billion, respectively.
As state-owned enterprise specially designed to empower micro, small, medium enterprises and cooperatives (UMKMK), PNM had held a number of business activities. Through December 2010, PNM has manages 13 branch offices, 36 cluster office, and added 91 micro capital service units (ULaMM), bringing the total units to 276, as well as manages 2 subsidiaries and 12 affiliated companies.

Unit Manager (UM)
Requirements:
- Male/Female, with max age 36 years old
- Min D3 from all major
- Preferred has experince in micro finance min 2 years as unit manager or 3 years as Credit/loan officer, marketing officer in micro finance institution
- Experience lead a team & has a customer base and own motorcycle (SIM C)
- Understanding in local language and cultural.
Requirements:
- Male/Female, with max age 32 years old
- Min D3 from all major
- Preferred has experince in micro finance min 2 years as Credit/loan officer in micro finance institution
- Preferred has a customer base and own motor cycle (SIM C)
- Able to operate Computer, MS Office (Word, Excell)
- Understanding in local language and cultural.
Requirements:
- Male/Female, with max age 32 years old
- Min D3 from all major
- Preferred has experince min 1 year as sales/marketing in bank or finance institution
- Preferred has a customer base own motor cycle (SIM C)
- Understanding in local language and cultural.
Requirements:
- Male/Female, with max age 30 years old
- Min SLTA
- Preferred has experince min 2 years as collector in bank or finance institution
- Has own motor cycle (SIM C)
Requirements:
- Male/Female, with max age 26 years old
- Min D3 from Accounting /Finance
- Preferred has experince min 1 year as Finance Staff/Credit in bank or finance institution
- Understanding in accounting and financial administration
- Preferred single, never married
- Able to ride motorcycle and has SIM C
- Understanding in local language and cultural.
Requirements:
- Male/Female, with max age 22 years old, single, never married
- Min SLTA/SMK with experience min 1 year in adminstration or finance
- Understanding in accounting and financial administration
- Good communication skills
- Able to ride motorcycle and has SIM C
