PT Toyota Astra Financial Services - TA Finance is a fast growing Indonesian financial service company engaged car financing. TA Finance is a joint venture between PT Astra International Tbk with Toyota Financial Services Corporation, Japan (TFSC - subsidiary of Toyota Motor Corporation) whose relationship has spanned for over 30 years, which will focus on automotive finance throughout Indonesia. Memorandum of Understanding was signed in October 2005, an initiative which aims to be the most preferred and ultimately, the only financing solution for Toyota vehicle ownership. Its products consist of Consumer Vehicle Financing, Business vehicle financing, vehicle financing leasing and others value added products.

PT Toyota Astra Financial Services currently looking for qualified candidates to fill following position:

Service Head (SHE)
Bengkulu, Jakarta Raya, Jambi

Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible to manage service function in branch. It includes managing branch service standard, paper administration, human resources, information technology and general affairs. The main function is building service delight to the internal and external customer, in accordance with company’s policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience as Service Head or Administration Head (preferably in financing company or banking)
  • Strong leadership to manage target and develop subordinates
  • Ability to develop and building service excellent culture to employees
  • Ability to motivate others and good communication. 
  • Willing to be assigned in all around Indonesia.
HR Performance Management Analyst
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible to build concept and strategies in performance management. Not only that, you have to be an implementer of your “people” concept. As an implementer, you should be a change agent, sensitive enough of problems, eager to dealing and handling people problems not as “things” problems.

Requirements:
  • Interest with Human Resources, have experience in performance management at least 3 years
  • Great interpersonal skill and understanding people behavior
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English
  • Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
