Requirements:
- Minimum hold S1 degree from all majors
- Aged between 20-26 years old
- Have a good Communication Skills
- Have a high interest to serve
- Able to handle customer complaints by phone or face to face
- Able to administer documents and correspondence process
- Experienced min 2 (two) years in the field of Customer Service at the financial industry
