PT PLN (Persero) - PLN is the largest Indonesian state-owned electricity power service company. The company based in Jakarta and supported by 48 business units and 11 subsidiaries. Since 1990 PLN's capability to invest in generating has been very limited that private sector is compelled to participate in electricity production as independent power producer. The Company also cooperated with PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk for customer servcie through call center 123. Since 20111, the Company improved its Call Center 123 services from an information call center to other service such as temporary connections, accepting requests for new installations, and power changes. In 2010, PLN recorded considerable improvements in its operational aspects as well as service quality to the consumers throughtouth the Indonesian regions. Through its "One Day One Million Connection" movements, PT PLN (Persero) have been successfull in imporving the national electrification rate from 63.75% in 2009 into 66.51% in 2010.

Good communication skills and customer service oriendted
