PT Toyota Astra Motor - TAM is one the largest automotive company in Indonesian. TAM is the sole agent for Toyota and Lexus vehicles in Indonesia. The Company is a joint venture between PT Astra International Tbk (51% shares) and Toyota Motor Corporation (49% Shares). To distribute cars to the right markets, TAM engaged with five main dealers responsible for their respective regions. Toyota had a good year in 2010, with sales rebounding along with the confidence in the market place. Based on Astra International annual report 2010, total sales of all Toyota vehicles in Indonesia recorded 280,989 units, this ammount up 50.3% from 2009.

Job Description:
You will be responsible to handle administration operation regarding activity in sales and marketing area such as: maintain sales and market database and support Marketing and Sales event

Requirement:
D3 from Administration, Accounting who has good communication skill and self confidence. Able to work under high pressure environment
Customer Relation Staff (Code: CRS)
Job Description:
You will be responsible to handle customer technical complaint on vehicle and establish integrated report for management
Requirement:
D3 from any engineering background who has experience in handling customer, interest in automotive industry and has good communication skill
Parts Installation Engineer (Code: PIE)
Job Description:
You will be responsible to maintain and monitor the installation of our accessories on our vehicle
Requirement:
D3 from Mechanical and Electrical Engineering who has good analytical thinking, self confidence and good communication skill
Supply Chain Logistic Staff (Code: SCL)
Job Description:
You will be responsible to prepare smooth service parts operation in our Parts Centre
Requirement:
D3 from any technical background who has good analytical thinking, self confidence and good communication skill
Accounting & Finance Staff (Code: AFS)
Job Description:
You will be responsible to handle costing administration, control and monitoring. And also responsible to handle account receivable for our vehicle, parts and service
Requirement:
D3 from Accounting, Administration or Finance with good communication skill
After Sales Staff (Code: ASS)
Job Description:
To Improve after sales service activities in our Main Dealers and Dealers by conducting improvement
Requirement:
D3 from any major who has good analytical thinking and good communication skill
General Requirements
- GPA > 3.00 ; Age max. 25 years old
- Fluent in English, both in oral and written
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Preferable those with organizational experience
