The Company established since 2008 and as business unit of PT Sampoerna Strategic. Currently, Sampoerna Microfinance is providing career opportunities to the best graduates to join the Sahabat UKM through programs of education "Sampoerna Microfinance Academy" for the following positions:

Management Development Program – Bank (MDP-B)

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor (S1) degree from reputable university and preferably from Economic, Engineering, Agriculture, FISIP and other disciplines relevant to the financial  / banking industry with GPA min. 2.75
• Having a strong interest in the banking / finance business
• Maximum age 25 years old; preferably single / not married
• Willing to follow a classroom education program in Jakarta and then would be placed in office in accordance with company requirements
• Healthy physical & spiritual
• Pass the selection tests
