Program Penataan Lingkungan Permukiman Berbasis Komunitas (Neighbourhood Development) - PLP-BK is an arrangement of neighborhoods (community and residential environment in an integrated manner) to create the life and occupancy that is well aligned, healthy, productive, identity and sustainable. PLP-BK is essentially increased (continued intervention) of P2KP/PNPM Mandiri Perkotaan so that some basic principles that are used in PNPM MP such as democracy, participation, transparency, accountability and decentralization, etc. is also a basic principle of PLP-BK. PLP-BK main focus is on strengthening and development of social capital through strengthening universal values and local wisdom (behavior), strengthening of community service in the economic, environmental and social (community services), as well as with the open space of creativity and innovation in the community to to create settlements development resources (Community Entrepreneurship).
In line to strengthening the neighbourhod development, currently, PLP-BK PNPM Mandiri Perkotaan Kabupaten Jepara open 3 position for Tenaga Ahli Pendamping Pemasaran (TAP) to assist people in 3 villages that receiving PLP-BK with a salary of Rp. 25 million for 6 months.
