The Company shareholders consist of PT Aplikanusa Lintasarta with 55% of shares, Yayasan Kesejahteraan Karyawan Bank Indonesia with 35% shares and other owned by PT Multivisi Komputama with 10% shares. ATM Bersama become the main services of PT Artajasa Pembayaran Elektronis. Other services consist of Mobile Banking Provider, Bank Delivery Channel Services, Online Payment Services and Application Service Provider. As of year-end 2010, the Company connected 70 banks with more than 22,000 ATMs networks and 30 million bank card holders throughout Indonesia.
