Training and Development Officer
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies / Administration / Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Preferred 2 years experience in the field of human resource management.
- Understanding human resource management (Human Resources Management).
- Mastering the company's business processes.
- Knowing the concept and implementation of training and development.
- Knowing the library system.
