PT Nusa Halmahera Minerals - NHM is one of the Indonesian largest gold mining, exploration and processing company. The Company is a part subsidiary company of Newcrest Group (Singapore Holding Pte, Ltd) with with 82.5% total shares. Other Shareholder is PT Aneka Tambang (Persero) Tbk with 17.5% shares. Its mining plant located  in Gosowong Mine, Toguraci Mine, Kencana Underground Mine, and Kencana Mine Extention. On 2008, the Company sign a Contract of Work with the  Goverment of Indonesia. The Contract was based on Predential Decree No. B 143/Pres/3/1997 dated 17 March 1997. The original Contract of Work area was 1.672.967ha. After 3 (three) relingquishment stages, current Contract of Work area is 29.622ha. The Company's contract of work area is divided into 9 (nine) prospective blocks, including Barnabas, Gosowong Extended, Gosowong North, Gosowong West, Kobok, Matat, Ngoali, Tobobo,  and Toliwang. As of year end 2010, total exploration expenditure reached as much as USD 50 million.

In line with its growth, currently PT Nusa Halmahera Minerals has vacant position at Gosowong - North Halmahera, North Maluku with working roster 4 weeks on and 2 weeks off as:

Inventory Control Supervisor

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree (S1) in any disciplines
• Min 4 years experience in similar position
• Strong leadership skills
• Computer literacy
• Cooperative, Proactive, Open minded and honest
• Able to work under minimum supervision

Learning & Development Officer

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years working experience in the same position in mining industries
• Bachelor Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Psychology or Management
• Familiar with TNA (Training Needs Analysis) and Management Training
• Interpersonal skills, good analytical and focus on details
• Computer literate, Learning Management System (LMS) and good communication skills in English both oral and written
• Having strong motivation, supportive, communicative and able to work under pressure
• Hardworking and able to work within a team
