PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) - PNM is one of the largest Indonesian state owned financial institution. The Company engaged to provide financing solutions to MSMEs and co-operatives institutions. In 2008, PNM launched the direct financing program, known as UlaMM - Micro Capital Service Unit, a capital loan service for micro and small business accompanied by technical assistance in developing the operation.Based on PNM Annual Report 2010, the Company was successful to gain Rp479.53 billion operating erevnues, rising from 2009 position at Rp291.85 billion. The financial achievement was primarily contributed by revenues of ULaMM unit amounting to Rp314.06 billion respectively. The Company strengthened its market penetration by adding 91 ULaMM units to bring total number to 276 units in all over Indonesia.

In line with positive growth of ULaMM business, Currently PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) need energetic young professionals & dynamic to join as:

Unit Manager (UM)

Requirements:

• Male/Female, with max age 36 years old
• Min D3 from all major
• Preferred has experince in micro finance min 2 years as unit manager or 3 years as Credit/loan officer or marketing officer
• Preferred has a customer base and own motorcycle (SIM C)
• Understanding in local language and cultural.
• Has experience in lead a team

Loan officer (LO)

Requirements:

• Male/Female, with max age 32 years old
• Min D3 from all major
• Preferred has experince in micro finance min 2 years as Credit or loan officer
• Preferred has a customer base and own motor cycle (SIM C)
• Understanding in local language and cultural.
• Computer Literate, min MS Office (Word and Excel)

Marketing Officer (MO)

Requirements:

• Male/Female, with max age 32 years old
• Min D3 from all major
• Preferred has experince min 1 year as sales/marketing in bank or finance institution
• Preferred has a customer base own motor cycle (SIM C)
• Understanding in local language and cultural. 

 Collector (CO)

Requirements:

• Male/Female, with max age 30 years old
• Min Senior High School (SMA) or related
  
• Preferred has experince min 2 years as collector in bank or finance institution
• Has own motor cycle (SIM C)

Supporting (SU)

Requirements:

• Male/Female, with max age 26 years old
• Min D3 from Accounting /Finance
• Preferred has experince min 1 year as Finance Staff/Credit in bank or finance institution
  
• Understanding in accounting and financial administration
• Preferred single, never married
• Able to ride motorcycle and has SIM C
• Understanding in local language and cultural.

Cashier (CS)

Requirements:

• Male/Female, with max age 22 years old, single, never married
• Min SLTA/SMK with experience min 1 year in adminstration or finance
  
• Understanding in accounting and financial administration
• Good communication skills
• Able to ride motorcycle and has SIM C
