PT Bank BCA Syariah - BCA Syariah is an Islamic based banking institution in Indonesia. The Company is a part of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA), the Indonesian biggest private commercial bank company. The Bank operated since 1991 and founded with the name of PT Utama International Bank (Bank UIB). In 2008 BCA purchased Bank UIB with the intention of conventing the small branch network into a Syariah bank under the name of PT Bank BCA Syariah and was successfull in completing the conversion in 2010. BCA Syariah based in Jakarta and supported by 25 branch office networks, and will expanded its coverage in 2012. In January 2012 BCA Syariah awarded as the 2nd Best Brand Equity Champion in Indonesia Brand Champion Award 2012.
