Credit Quality Officer (CQO Micro Banking)

Requirements

• Maximum age 35 years old
• Minimum S1 with GPA of at least 2:50
• Does not have a nuclear family who worked at Bank Mandiri (Parents, older brother / younger brother, husband / wife)
• Experienced 4-6 years in the field of monitoring systems, lending procedures, internal audit and accounting / finance and 2 years of them doing the work unit supervised field
• Computer literate min MsOffice

Credit Administrasi Officer (CAO Micro Banking)

Requirements

• Maximum age 35 years old
• Minimum S1 with GPA of at least 2:50
• Do not have a nuclear family who worked at Bank Mandiri (Parents, older brother / younger brother, husband / wife)
• 4-6 years experience in credit administration officer, loan officer or a marketing officer and 2 years including field supervision.
• Mastering Ms. Office

Mandiri Micro Manager (MMM)
 

Requirements

• Maximum age 35 years old
• Minimum S1 with GPA of at least 2:50
• Do not have a nuclear family who worked at Bank Mandiri (Parents, older brother / younger brother, husband / wife)
• Work experience min. 4-6 years with responsibility for evaluating, analyzing credit banking, finance or multi-year and 2 of them supervise the work unit
• Work experience of at least 5 years: 3 years in the field of micro-credit and two years of which have led micro-finance unit
• Having good communication skills, neat, polite with high confidence is a plus
