PT Freeport Indonesia - PTFI is an Indonesian-based gold an coppers mining company. The Company is a part of Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc, the largest copper and gold producers in the world and headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona, US. Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc, became the controlling shareholders with 81,28% shares owned. Other shareholder of PTFI including the Government of Indonesia with 9,36% and PT Indocopper Investama with 9,36% shares. The Company's mining plants located in Grasberg, one of the world's largest producers of copper and gold, and contains the largest recoverable reserves of copper, gold reserves and the largest in the world. PTFI started open pit mining of the Grasberg ore body in 1990. Surface mining is expected to continue until mid-2015, when the Grasberg underground mining is scheduled to begin. Grasberg is the heart of a promising mining districts where the survey is to create opportunities to continue to add to our reserves of long life.
PT Freeport Indonesia are seeking talented individuals to fill the following positions:
ACCOUNTANT, PRIV CONTRACTOR KPI/REDP
Support the overall daily accounting activities between PTFI and specific private partners, including the recording, analyzing, reviewing, consolidating and reporting of all private partner's accounting activities to maintain compliance with proper accounting procedures, contractual obligations, budget and company policies.
Minimum Education and Experience
A required Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business or Management from a recognized University or equivalent experiences.
0 - 3 years of experience in accounting or financial environment.
Broad knowledge of accounting principles and theory.
Oral and written Bahasa Indonesia and English proficiency.
Computer literacy: basic office software as well as broad MIMS, IT and central reporting applications.
Analytical skill.
Ability to communicate with various level of people.
