PT PLN (Persero) - PLN is an Indonesian state-owned electricity power service company. The Company's head office located in Jakarta and supported by 47 business units in all over Indonesia, consist of 6 units in Java Bali operation, 9 units in West Indonesia operation, 8 units in East Indonesia operation, 6 units in services operation, 12 units parent projects (UIP) and 6 units in PLN Generations (KIT). The Company also operated 9 subsidiary companies. As of year-end 2010 PLN signed 34 EPC companies contracts which consist of 10 electricity power plants with aggregate capacity of 7,490 MW in Java – Bali and 24 electricity power plants with aggregate capacity of 2,031 MW outside Java – Bali.

Requirements
- Male
- Single, not married and willing for not married in Training periode;
- Hold D3/D4/S1/D4 graduated with an age limit:
- S1/D4: Birth year in 1986 and thereafter
- D3: Birth year 1988 and thereafter
- Min GPA for Engineering > 2.75, for Non engineering > 3.00
- Height > 155
- Glass Eye <-4 (maximum minus 4) Applicants for the field of ES, ED, EP, PE, TDT, TPE, TSO, TSC, TPL
