Requirements:

• Education minimum Bachelor Degree in any Background
• Work experience min. 5 years in Project Management or Process Improvement environment in Banking
• Ability in coaching to ensure knowledge transfer to Team Members
• Having Black Belt or ISO Certification is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem solving skill
• Good communication skills and a team player.
