PT DHL Exel Supply Chain Indonesia - DHL Supply Chain is one of the Indonesian leader companies in logistic services. The Company operated in Indonesia as a subsidiary of Deutsche Post DHL and provided a range of industry-specific solutions throughout the supply chain, consists of planning, sourcing, production, storage, configuration and delivery to after-sales. For next five years, PT DHL Exel Supply Chain Indonesia planned to invest US$49.96 million in Indonesia to tap into the growing logistics market.
Due to the Company's progressive expansion, particulary in supply chain business, PT DHL Exel Supply Chain Indonesia are seeking highly motivated individuals to join as position below.
- Operation Director (OD)
- Account Manager / Executive (AM/AE)
- Project Manager (PM)
- Learning and Development Manager (LM)
- Finance Executive (FE)
- IT Product Development Supervisor
- Inventory Leader (IL)
- Transport Coordinator (TC)
- Management Trainee (MT)
- Min Bachelor Degree from reputable with related educational background (1-6,9), min Diploma (7,8)
- Major in Accounting of Financial Management (2,5) with GPA min 3.00 and 1-2 years of experience in Public Accountant Firm (5) Having Project Management Professional Certification is prefered (3) major in Computer science, Informatics Technology (6), fresh graduate year of 2011 at the latest from any major (9)
- Strong knowledge in 3PL Warehouse Operations : Supply Chain Management, Transportation and Distribution Management (1), warehouse operations and project implementation (3), web programming (ASP/PHP), desktop programming, Database (MS SQL/mySQL) (6), inventory management (7), transport & vendor management (8), project pricing, budgeting, billing and customer management (2), familiar with WMS and or SAP is preferred (6,7)
- Good presentation and communication (1,3,4) customer management skills (1,2)
- Must have at lease 2 - 3 years experience in Senior Management Position (1), Customer Management (2) learning and development (4)
- Good command f English both oral and written
- Dynamic, independent and able to work under minimum supervision
- Good interpersonal skill as well as people management is a must
