PT Pertamina (Persero) - Pertamina is the largest national oil company (NOC) owned by the Government of Republic of Indonesia. As a State Owned Enterprise (BUMN) wholly owned by the state, the Company does not trade shares on the stock exchange. Pertamina's activities encompass the energy and petrochemicals business in both the upstream and downstream sectors. In 8 May 2007, PT Pertamina (Persero) launched kerosene to LPG conversion program. In 16 June 2007, the Company launched fuel station SPBU Pertamina “Pasti PAS” in Jakarta. In 2011, for the first time, the Company issued Global Bonds that was devided into 2 tranches. Global Bond I issued on 23 May 2011, amounting to US$ 1 billion and Global Bond II on 27 May 2011.
