Krakatau Posco operated as a joint venture (JV) company between PT Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk, the Indonesian largest state-owned steel manufacturing companies with Pohang Steel and Iron Company (Posco), the 3rd largest steel manufacturing company in the world from Korea. PT Krakatau Posco based in Cilegon, Banten and will produce 3 million tons of crude steel per year with a slab and plate products. As of February 2012, the plant construction of PT Krakatau Posco has reached 13.4% and is scheduled for completion in December 2013.

General Requirements
General Requirements
- Bachelor/Academy Graduates or students who will graduated in 2012 (S1/D3)
- Majors: Mechanics (D3/S1), Metallurgy (S1), and Electronic/Electricity (D3)
- Maximum 25 years old for S1 and 23 years old for D3
- GPA (IPK) > 2.85 of 4.0 scale
- Having TOIEC or TOEFL Score will be advantage
- Hard worker, creative, initiative and able to interact with other teams effectively
