PT Astra Daihatsu Motor - PT ADM is one of the Indonesian biggest car manufacturing company. The Company was established in 1992 and operated as the sole agent for Daihatsu cars in Indonesia. PT Astra Daihatsu Motor was established through the merger of 3 companies, namely PT Daihatsu Indonesia, PT Daihatsu Engine Manufacturing Indonesia and PT National Astra Motor. PT ADM is a part of Astra International Group with the main global production base for Daihatsu and Toyota Product. In May 2011, the Company built a new plant in Industrial Estate Suryacipta East Karawang West Java in an area of 70,000 m2 with annual production capacity of 100 thousand units per annum. Its new plant is expected to start the production at year end of 2012. Based on Astra International Annual Report 2011, Daihatsu maintaining second place in the Indonesian automotive market with a 15.6% share with sales grew from 118,591 cars in 2010 to 139,544 in 2011.

General requirements

• D3 in Mechanical/ Chemical/Electrical/Automotive/Industrial/ Civil / Electricity/ Informatics Engineering/ Others Relevant Engineering Major (1 ,2 , 3 , 4 )
• D3 in Mechanical/ Civil /Environment /Chemical engineering ( 5)
• D3 in Any Major ( 6 )
• Minimum GPA 2,90 (scale of 4).
• Preferably of age are max. 27 years-old
• Show evidence of good level in English both oral & written (preferably those with TOEFL score min. 450).
• Ready to be placed in our plant / factory in Jakarta, Karawang, or Cibitung.
• Computer literate (min. Ms Office).
• Having extensive experience in organization is an advantage.
• Exhibit good leadership & interpersonal skill.
• Willing to work with day/night shift system
• Interested in automotive industry
• Fluent in Japanese language is an advantages
