Fakultas Peternakan Universitas Gadjah Mada - Fapet UGM or Animal Husbandry Faculty of UGM is the youngest faculty in Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), the Indonesia's leading state university located in Yogyakarta. Fapet UGM was established in 1966 and since 2006, this faculty operates 1 cosures in the S1 program, namely Science and Industry of Animal Husbandry. Fapet UGM also operates Post-Graduate Program, namely Master Degree (S2) with 4 courses and Doctoral Degree (S3) with 4 cources. The Post-Graduate Program of Fapet UGM supported by 45 academic staff, including 17 professors. Fapet UGM lead by a dean and currently for 2012 - 2016 period held by Prof Dr Ir Ali Agus, DAA DEA.

- Graduates of study programs S1 with accreditation A and S2 and S3 graduates with a reputation that is recognized by the Indonesian government from reputable universities both local or overseas.
