Rekind domiciled in Jakarta and operates 4 Strategic Business Units (SBU) and 1 Business Unit (BU). As of December 2011, the Company employeed 1,013 people with education composition of 67% S1, 7% D3, 18% SLTA and 8% S2/S3. Based on PT Rekayasa Industri Annual Report 2011, the Company booked Rp6,684 billion as its new contracts in 2011, 108% higher than the realization in 2010.

- Male with max age 45 years old
- S1 graduate from reputable Engineering University
- At least 15 years of experience in EPCC Projects
- At least 10 years of experience at the same position in EPCC Projects
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Excellent communication, energetic, dynamic and highly motivated
- Must have good ability to work in a team
- Good communication in English both oral and written, flair for detail and result oriented
- Able to work in a team and having high motivation
- Having strong leadrship and management skills, discpiline, dynamic, proactive and cooperative with good personality
