PT Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia - PT TMMI is one of the biggest automotive manufacturing company in Indonesia with main business as assembler and exporter of Toyota vehicles and also spare parts manufacturer. The Company was established in 2001 and operated as a joint venture company between Toyota Motor Corporation (95% shares) with PT Astra International Tbk (5% shares). PT Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia based in Jakarta and supported by 2 manufacturing plants with production capacity 100,000 units annually and located in Sunter Jakarta for Assembly Plant and Packing and Karawang West Java for Welding Plant, Painting, and Assembly. During the first semester of 2012, Toyota production rose 79.25% to 79,161 units from 44,000 units in the first semester of 2010.

Requirements :

• S1 with GPA > 3.00 (scale of 4.00) majoring in 

1. Engineering : Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Computer Science, Civil, Chemical, Metallurgy
2. Non Engineering : Accounting, Psychology, Economic and Development Studies, International Relation, Law

• Max age 27 years old
• Respond to challenge and KAIZEN mind
• Strong involvement in organizational activities.
• Strive for excellence and high willingness to learn
• High Initiative with good analysis and teamwork
• Fluent in English
• Subject : Toyota NEDP (S1)

TOYOTA NEDP (D3)
(New Employee Development Program)

Requirements :

• D3 with GPA > 2.75 (scale of 4.00) with strong involvement in organizational activities, majoring in

1. Engineering : Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Computer Science, Metallurgy
2. Non Engineering  : Economic, Management Administration

• Max age25 years old.
• Computer literate, min. MS office
• Fluent in English both oral & written (preferably those with TOEFL score min. 450)
• Having high willingness to learn
• Initiative and good analysis
• Hard worker and able to work in team
• Subject : Toyota NEDP (D3)
