Unit Manager (UM)

Requirements

• Male/Female with max age 36 years old
• Min D3
• Min 2 years of working experience as micro finance leader or 3 years as Loan Officer/marketing officer in micro finance
• Experienced in lead a team
• Preferably have customer base and own vehicle (SIM C)

Loan Officer (LO)

Requirements

• Male/Female with max age 32 years old
• Min D3
• Min 2 years of working experience as marketing/credit/loan officer in micro finance
• Computer literate, min MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Preferably have customer base and own vehicle (SIM C)

Marketing Officer (MO)

Requirements

• Male/Female with max age 32 years old
• Min D3
• Min 1 year of working experience as sales/marketing in micro finance/financial institution/Insurance
• Preferably have customer base and own vehicle (SIM C)

Collector (CO)

Requirements

• Male/Female with max age 30 years old
• Min SMA/SMK or equivalent
• Min 2 years of working experience as collector in micro finance/financial institution/leasing

Supporting (SU)

Requirements

• Male/Female with max age 26 years old
• Min D3 in Accounting/Finance
• Min 1 year of working experience as finance staff
• Computer literate, min MS Office (Word, Excel)

Cashier (CS)

Requirements

• Male/Female with max age 22 years old
• Min SMA/SMK or equivalent
• Min 1 year of working experience in same field
• Computer literate, min MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Understanding of Accounting and finance administration

SDM Recruitment

Requirements

• Male/Female with min S1 in Psycology
• Min 2 years experience in HR recruitment
• Computer literate, min MS Office, Internet
• Able to work individual and in a team
• Able to work under pressure
• Willing to travel for business trip
• Have a good communication skill
