Requirements:
- Male / Female
- Min S1 in Accounting, Management or equivalent field
- Having minimum 10 years in human resources areas especially in compensation & benefit
- Understanding compensation & benefit combined with job evaluation, grading salary, etc.
- Understanding labor regulation UU No.13 / 2003
- Understanding payroll calculation & taxation
- Having knowledge about Human Resources Management
- Having good analytical & problem solving skills
- Hard working, fast learning, detail, and good interpersonal skill.
- Willing to work in a team and under pressure.
- Proficient with computer literacy, minimum Microssoft Office
- Good command of english both in written and spoken
Requirements:
- Male / Female, Single, with max age 28 years old
- Min. S1 in Finance / Economic
- Having min. 1 years experience in similar position particularly in Banking / Private Equity / Investment Bank Industry
- Having basic knowledge in Operational Risk
- Having ability about risk profile and risk dashboard report processing
- Having ability to administration and filing documents
- Having knowledge in ISO 31000 Risk Management Process is an advantage
- Able to work in a team as well as individually
- Having attention to detail and risk focus
- Should possessess excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Proficient with computer literacy minimum Ms. word, Ms. Excell, and Ms. Powerpoint
- Having fluency in english both written and spoken is a must
