Requirements

• Diploma (D3) in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Automotive, Industrial, Civil, Electricity, Informatics  Engineering,  others relevant engineering major
• Minimum GPA 2.90 (scale of 4)

Human Resources Junior Staff

Requirements

• Diploma (D3) in Any Major
• Minimum GPA 2.90 (scale of 4)

Maintenance Junior Engineer

Requirements

• Diploma (D3) in Mechanical, Electrical, Electricity Engineering
• Minimum GPA 2.90 (scale of 4)

General Affair Junior Staff

Requirements

• Diploma (D3) in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering

General Requirements

1. Preferably of age are max. 27 years-old
2. Show evidence of good level in English both oral & written (preferably those with TOEFL score min. 450).
3. Ready to be placed in ADM's plant / factory in Jakarta, Karawang, or Cibitung.
4. Computer literate (min. Ms Office).
5. Having extensive experience in organization is an advantage.
6. Exhibit good leadership & interpersonal skill.
7. Willing to work with day/night shift system
8. Interested in automotive industry
9. Fluent in Japanese language is an advantages
