PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur - Pupuk Kaltim is a national company that deals with fertilizer and petrochemical business. The Company has been operating in Indonesia since 1977 and operates as a direct subsidiary of PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero). The Company headquartered in Bontang East Kalimantan and operates 3 representative offices, located in Jakarta, Balikpapan, and Samarinda. Based on Pupuk Kaltim Annual Report 2011, the Company reported sales comprehensive income of Rp1,45 billion for the year ending December of 2011, growth by 56% from 2010. The actual production of PT Pupuk Kaltim in 2011 consists of 2,793,766 tons of Urea, 1,745,336 tons of Ammonia, 214,367 tons of NPK, and 34,184 tons of organic fertilizer.

Requirements
- Indonesian Citizen (WNI) with valid ID Card
- For D3 level born in 30 January 1989 and later, for S1 level born in 30 January 1987 and later
- Education :
- Bachelor Degree (S1) : Male/Female
- Engineering : Physics Engineering, Chemical Engineering
- Agriculture : Plant Physiology, Agromomy, Soil Science (Ilmu Tanah)
- Social/Ecomonics : Economic Management SDM, Economic Management Finance, Accounting, Law
- Diploma 3 (D3) :
- Male /Female : Accounting, archives, Communication/PR, Social Welfare, Industrial Management, Library, Agriculture, Statistics
- Male : Electrial Engineerng Strong Current (Power), Physics Engineering/Electrial Engineering Instrument-Control, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Safety/K3, Sailing Nautical majors
- Note : for Sailing Nautical majors, preferably having sailing experience min 2 years with max age 28 years old
- Min GPA of 2.80 (scale 4)
- TOEFL S1 min 450, and D3 min 400
