General Requirements

• Cover letter signed by the applicant addressed to the Director of Pulmonary Hospital Dr.HARotinsulu, the cover letter should mention the proposed position
• Maximum age 27 years old
• Special for Secretary position (4) height min. 160cm, fluent in English active / passive, good looking
• Attach a legalized copy of latest academic certificate
• Min GPA 2.75 grade point average and attach a legalized copy of the academic transcripts
• Certificate of able-bodied;
• Attach letter Police Notes (SKCK) from local Police
• Attach a photo copy of valid ID card
• 2 pieches of 4 x 6 color photo
• Attach a copy of the training certificate (if any)
• Able to operate computer (Ms. Office, etc.)
