To support the business expansion and its organic growth, PT Holcim Beton are now seeking to recruit high caliber and dynamic individuals for the following challenging position as :

Batcher Trainee

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma’s degree in Engineering (Civil) is desirable with 1 year experience, Fresh Graduate are welcome
• Experience :
• Have an operational experience in Concrete (or like) industry
• Have an experience as concrete technician experience
• Proficient with MS Office, SAP and Lotus Notes
• Good in English And Bahasa
• Other qualification / skills :
• Have Integrity and honesty
• Know how to operate a batch plant and support production facilities
• Mechanical knowledge
• Able to work under pressure
• Able to work with and in a multicultural team
• Good communication skill
• Customer relation skills
