PT Honda Prospect Motor - HPM is a reputable company in Indonesia that deals with automotive business. The Company operates in Indonesia as a sole agent and automobil and part assembler of Honda. The Company has been operating since March 1977 as a joint venture company between Honda Motor Co Ltd (with 51% shares) and PT Prospect Motor (owned 49% shares). HPM headquartered in Sunter North Jakarta with its production facility situated in Kawasan Industri Mitrakarawang (KIM) Karawang West Java. The Company installed production capacity of 60,000 units per year. PT Honda Prospect Motor also operates 5 affiliates, namely PT Toyo Denso Indonesia, PT Mitsuba Indonesia, PT Indonesia NS, PT Honda Lock Indonesia, and PT Indonesia Stanley Electric. In June 2012, the Company inaugurated the construction of the 2nd Honda Factory and expected to be completed in the mid of 2013.

- Preferably mastering in AutoCad, Catia, or Master CAM, having SIM A, and able to drive a car
- Able to work under pressure, facing the production target and work shifting system
- Willing to be placed in Karawang, West Java
