Originally registered as Bank Niaga in 1955. PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk was launched in 2008 as the merged entity of 2 privately-owned banks, namely Bank Niaga and Lippo Bank. As of December 2012, CIMB Niaga had 974 office networks nationwide, including 563 conventional branches, 23 cash offices, 31 payment points, 27 sharia branhces, and 330 Mikro Laju branches. Based on PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk Annual Report 2012, the Bank posted a record net profit of Rp 4.2 trillion, up 33% from a year earlier. Total Loans and Total Assets increased respectively by 16% and 18% to Rp145.4 trillion and Rp197.4 trillion.

To meet the rapidly business growth in micro business, PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk are now seeking to recruit high caliber and dynamic individuals for the following challenging positions as :

Area Manager Mikro (AM)

Requirements

• Min 5 years experience in Banking/micro banking with a good record
• Experience lead a cluster or equivalent
• Have the ability to set targets and supervise business achievement

Cluster Manager (CM)

Requirements

• Min 2 years as micro finance/banking unit head with a good record
• Have the ability to set targets and supervise business achievement

Area Credit Manager (ACM)

Requirements

• Min 3 years experience as Credit Reviewer, preferably in micro business
• Understand in detail the process of credit with collateral and without collateral with the precautionary principle

Cluster Credit Officer (CCO)

Requirements

• Min 2 years experience as Credit Reviewer, preferably in Micro Business
• Understand in detail the process of credit with collateral and without collateral with the precautionary principle 

General Requirements

1. Male/Female
2. Min D3/S1
3. Have a high motivation and love the challenges
4. Have a good personality
