Surveyor/Juru Ukur (SVR)
Requirements
- Male, max age 35 years old
- SMK majoring in Building / SMA IPA / D3 Civil Engineering.
- Able to use the theodolites measure tool and water pass (certificate)
- Preferably experienced in same field at least 3 years
- Active in English and Computer literate (Ms. Office)
Legal (LG)
Requirements
- Male / Female, maximum age 35 years old
- S1 majoring in Law from reputable university with minimum GPA 2.75
- Experienced in realty projects
- Mastering in engagement of contract, tax, land law and permitting of high rise building project properties
- Active in English and Computer literate (Ms. Office)
Quantity Surveyor (QS)
Requirements
- Male, maximum age 40 years old
- S1 majoring in Civil Engineering from reputable university with minimum GPA 2.75.
- Min 3 years of working experience in designing and calculating construction, volume, price in buildings Roads & Bridges / Irrigation / Pier
- Active in English and Computer literate (Ms. Office)
Drafter (DRF)

- STM - Building / D3 - Civil Engineering.
- Able to operate AutoCad program (certificate).
- Min 3 years of working experience in same position at high rise building projects

- D3 / S1 Civil Engineering from reputable university with minimum GPA 2.75.
- Min 3 years of working experience in same position at the field of Road & Bridge / Highway / Pier / Irrigation
- Active in English and Computer literate (Ms. Office)
Pemasaran/Operasi (PO)
Requirements
- Male / Female, maximum age 35 years old
- S1 Civil Engineering / Architecture from reputable university with minimum GPA 2.75.
- Experienced in realty projects
- Able to make Business Plan and mastering in realty market
- Able to implement the strategies of marketing, sales of highire building property

Teknik dan Perencanaan (TP)

- Aable to design, implement, control and maintenance of highrise building property

- Min 3 years of working experience in same position in the field of Road & Bridge / Highway / Pier / Irrigation

Project Manager (PM)

- Male, maximum age 45 years old
- D3 / S1 majoring in Civil Engineering / Architecture from reputable university with minimum GPA 2.75
