Requirements

• S1/S2 graduates from various disciplines except the Teacher, Art, Literature / Culture, Public Health, and Nursing
• Active in the organization, both within and outside the campus
• Min GPA of 3.01 (S1) and 3.20 (S2)
• Fluent in English both orally and in writing
• Not married, maximum age 26 years old
• Energetic, confident, able to communicate well, be highly motivated and enjoy challenges
• Willing to not get married during the MDP education
• Willing to be placed in the BSM network throughout Indonesia
• Able to operate computer minimal MS Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
• Has never participated in the selection process of Bank Syariah Mandiri employees in the last 6 months

Officer Unit Bisnis/Support

Requirements

• Max age 35 years old
• Min S1 all majors with GPA min 2.75 (Accredited A)
• Min 2 years of working experience in banking or financial institution
• Have complete and detailed knowledge of the banking products especially Islamic banking
• Have a wide network
• Love a challenge, target oriented, and mobile
• Have a good communication skill (persuasively)
• Proficiency in English both oral and written
• Able to operate computer minimal MS Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
• Has never participated in the selection process of Bank Syariah Mandiri employees in the last 6 months

Pelaksana Unit Bisnis/Support

Requirements

• Max age 27 years old
• Min D3 all majors with GPA min 2.75 (Accredited A)
• Fresh Graduated or experienced
• Preferably unmarried
• Have a good personality
• Have a good communication skill (persuasively)
• Highly motivated and enjoy challenges
• Able to operate computer minimal MS Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
• Has never participated in the selection process of Bank Syariah Mandiri employees in the last 6 months
