PT Energi Pelabuhan Indonesia - Eco Power Port is a rapidly growing company in Indonesia that was deals with port-based electricity services. PT Energi Pelabuhan Indonesia is based in Jakarta and operates as a joint venture between PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) or Indonesia Port Corporation (IPC) with PT Haleyora Powerindo. IPC is a leading state-owned port management services company in Indonesia, while PT Haleyora Powerindo is a subsidiary company of PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) or PLN. IPC holds 55% shares and PT Haleyora Power owned 45% shares in this Company. PT Energi Pelabuhan Indonesia was established in 2012 and performing business in supply and distribution of electric power, electrical consultants and electrical contractors.
