PT Nestlé Indonesia - Nestlé Indonesia is a well-established  nutrition, health and wellness company in Indonesia, subsidiary of Nestlé SA, a reputable multinational company from Vevey, Switzerland. Originally registered as PT Food Specialties Indonesia, which was founded in 1971. PT Nestlé Indonesia was launched in 2000 as the merged entity of 3 companies, namely PT Food Specialties Indonesia, Nestlé Confectionary Indonesia and Supmi Sakti. PT Nestlé Indonesia headquartered in Jakarta and operates 4 factories, namely in Kejayan Factory in Kejayan Pasuruan East Java (operated since 1986), Panjang Factory in Panjang Lampung (operated since 1976), Cikupa Factory in Banten (operated since 1998), and Karawang Factory (launched in 2013).

Due to strengthen its team, PT Nestlé Indonesia are now seeking to recruit the best candidates for the following challenging positions as :

Lean Value Stream Pillar Leader (Job Code: LVS) - Pasuruan, East Java

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): a team player with high motivation, capacity to learn and deliver knowledge, precision result, quality conscious & have a lot of energy, Able to share his/her idea in English.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Kejayan Factory, East Java.
• Have experience in LEAN and TPM Implementation for at least 3 years
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Engineering or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.

First Line Manager (Job Code: FLM) - Pasuruan, East Java

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Chemical), or Food Technology.
• Required skill(s): a team player with high motivation, capacity to learn, precision result, able to share his/her idea in english, experience in manufacturing for at least 2 years.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Kejayan factory, Pausruan, East Java.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Engineering - Chemical or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
