Requirements

• Female, max age 28 years old, good looking
• Min D3 majoring in Secretary, min GPA 3.00
• Have a good knowledge of manuscript, archives and office equipment
• Able to prepare reports and correspond
• Have a good communication skill
• Computer literate, min MS Office (Word, excel, power point)
• Have a good knowledge of office administration and agenda schedule
• English proficiency
• Have a good personality
• Have a high loyalty and dedication
• Diligence, thoroughness, neatness, carefulness, honesty, openness, patience, hospitality and responsibility
• Willing to work hard, deft and ommitted to the task
• Placement in the headquarters of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology
