Mudabala Petroleum Indonesia - Mudabala Indonesia is a rapidly growing international company in Indonesia that deals with upstream oil and gas exploration and production. The Company is an affiliate of Mudabala Petroleum, a subsidiary of the Mubadala Development Company from Abu Dhabi UEA. The Company has been present in Indonesia since 2003 and having operational area in Sebuku Block and Kerapu Block. In Sebuku Block, Mudabala Petroleum focused on the development of the Ruby gas field, which is expected to produce first gas in the later part of 2013. The Ruby gas field located in the Makassar Straits, offshore East Kalimantan. Mubadala Petroleum started operating the Sebuku block after it acquired Pearl Oil (Sebuku) Limited in 2008.

To support its progressive growth and build the organizational capability, Mudabala Petroleum Indonesia are now seeking to recruit high caliber and dynamic individuals for the following challenging positions as :

General Auditor (SEA-ID-2013-325)

Requirements
  • A recognised accounting qualification, preferably a chartered accountant.
  • Big 4 background (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 -10 years of relevant experience as defined above. Experience in other areas will also be valued.
  • English report writing skills.
  • Ability to travel (possibly 10% to 20%) as needed within and outside Asia.
  • Experienced in an operating company :  
    • Flowcharting, process mapping and (key) controls identification experience 
    • Participating on or leading internal audit teams. 
    • Experience in developing control policies & procedures   
    • Accounting/Finance trends and techniques  
    • Procurement  
    • Information systems   
    • Human resources  
    • Operations and Production  
    • Development Projects  
    • Drilling Operations  
    • Legal, Compliance and other functions  
    • PSC experience and Cost Recovery
Community Relations & Office Administration Officer - (SEA-ID-2013-324)

Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in relevant discipline.
  • Minimum three (3) years experience in dealing & maintaining good relationships with local stakeholders.
  • Minimum three (3) years experience in office administration.
  • Ability to prioritize projects, orientation to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously work independently with minimal supervision to meet required deadlines.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Onshore Operations and Maintenance Support Engineer - (SEA-ID-2013-317.1)

Requirements
  • University degree, preferably holding a mechanical engineering degree with both static and rotating experience.
  • At least 10 years experience in discipline technical / operational experience in an oil and gas environment.
  • A good understanding of basic gas processing facilities in an offshore environment.
  • Experienced in RBI (Risk Based Inspection) Strategies as well as general Asset Integrity Management.
  • Experienced in the utilization of a Computerized Maintenance Management System.
Communications Administrator - (SEA-ID-2013-323)

Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma Degree in Social Sciences or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in general Upstream Oil and Gas Industry in Indonesia with  general knowledge about the industry and regulations from government.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Computer skills with knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Ability in build relationships, be a team player, compliance oriented, good interpersonal skills.   
Corporate Social Responsibility Officer - (SEA-ID-2013-322)

Requirements
  • University degree in relevant discipline with exposure on project management and local community culture, customs, and behaviors.
  • Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in dealing with local governments and other stakeholders.
  • Computer skills with knowledge of MS Office Suite. 
  • Ability to work well under pressure, multitasking, and work with team.
  • Ability to travel on short notice to locations for indefinite time, as required by the Company.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English & Bahasa Indonesia.
Exploration Team Leader - (SEA-ID-2013-321)

Requirements
  • Bsc / Msc qualification in Geology, Geophysics, or related subject.
  • Minimum 15 years experience with major upstream operators or large independents with significant asset exploration technical experience and some exposure to appraisal and development
  • Excellent knowledge of Indonesia regional geology, plays and petroleum systems
  • Ability to integrate geological and geophysical data from multiple sources for detailed play fairway analysis, prospectivity evaluation and ranking.
  • Ability to supervise seismic data interpretation to generate structural maps both in TWT and depth
  • Knowledge of sequence-stratigraphic and bio-stratigraphic principles and their application
  • Knowledge of basin modeling principles
  • Exposure to basins and plays in multiple countries and geological contexts would be an advantage.
  • Experienced in coordinating asset teams and implementing committed workprogrammes.
  • Knowledge of Indonesia licensing system and PSC administration (technical).
  • Ability to interact with multi-disciplinary teams and other BU department in the implementation of committed work programs.
  • Familiar with technical QA process (Peer Review).
Offshore Installation Manager - (SEA-ID-2013-320)

Requirements
  • Demonstrated success in operations department of oil & gas with a minimum of 15 years experience and 5 years experience in supervisory/managerial level.
  • A detailed understanding of natural gas processing, gas compression and general offshore facilities.
  • Fluent oral and written in English communication.
